Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to make arrangements.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or an incorrect purchase. If the product is faulty or does not meet our description please contact us within 48 hours on

How do I know my order has been shipped? 
Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation. This will include a receipt and an Australia Post tracking number. This tracking number allows you to keep an eye on your order through the Australia Post website, www.auspost.com.au/track.

Can I pick up items direct from your Showroom?
Yes! Once ordering online you will have the option to pick up your goods in our Showroom. If you choose to do this, please contact us at
enquiries@yardfurniture.com.au so we can organise a time and inform you when your order is ready to go.

Do you ship internationally?
We’d love to ship internationally. Please send us an email to
enquiries@yardfurniture.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

How will my larger items/furniture be delivered?
Once you have placed an order, including freight costs, your items will be delivered either through Australia Post or our recommended furniture removalist company.
